Returns and Exchanges

What is our Return Policy?

  • We accept returns for refund within 30 days of your invoice date.
  • All returns MUST be in New and Unused condition as originally shipped. Merchandise packaged in poly-bags should be returned in the same condition, with all hangtags attached.
  • Any returns received beyond 30 days but less then 60 days will be eligible for Exchange Only of equal or greater value as long as the item is still offered on our site and adheres to the return/exchange policies.
  • A promotional discount that requires a specific merchandise total to be purchased will be forfeited when a return brings your merchandise total below the required amount in the promotion.
  • Free Shipping promotions do not apply to previous purchases, are not retroactive and must meet merchandise total specified. Returns without exchange that do not meet sale minimum will be charged ground shipping.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 Business days of receipt and an email will be sent once processing is completed.
  • Returns for refund must be issued back to original card of payment.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • If you receive an incorrect order or damaged package please contact us upon delivery.

How do I send back my return?

  • Please make sure your order meets the criteria of our return policy
  • Please fill out our return/exchange form and enclose it with your order.

  • Click this link to print our return/exchange form from your computer
  • You may choose whatever shipping carrier you prefer.  You may want to consider insuring your package, should it be lost or damaged in transit.

How do I process an Exchange?

If you would like to process an exchange please follow the guidelines as outlined above

and list the items and size on the return/exchange form that you would like us to send.

Please list a daytime phone # on the form, should we need to contact you.

Please contact us if sizing assistance is needed as we are happy to assist you.

Please confirm the items/sizes needed are available on our website

Once we process your exchange you will receive an email confirmation and tracking information as well.
